  There are businesses that succeed by their excellent customer service and the way they treat their clients. This isn't one of those businesses. I was talked down to, and generally made to feel as though I was wasting their time. I believe that all businesses owe something to the clients they have, but in this case they seem revel in the business they keep and not grateful for the opportunity to serve. This is only one person's view- but I try to patron businesses that truly appreciate their clientele.
