  My wife and I ordered VERY EXPENSIVE bunk beds from this place. We have been told everything under the sun as to how long it will take to get the beds. We were told to start that it would take four to eight weeks. We are now beyond 12 weeks!!! Nobody there seems to have an answer. The last thing we were told was that the beds would be dropped off to their store location two weeks ago...they would examine the beds...then deliver. NO BEDS!!!! If something happened to the beds we would just like an explanation. The customer service at this place IS JUST NOT THERE. They seem to have some really nice things...but if you purchase something from them that has to be ordered - GOOD LUCK!!! WE WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER ITEM FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. WHAT A JOKE.
