  Jesse at Russell cellular was more than patient and helpful. He even stayed after the store was closed to help me connect my new phone to the Bluetooth on my car.

  It seemed like a Great experience in the beginning, of course that was by a smoothe talking salesman...(Jake) Jacob told me I would be able to keep my same data plan, exact same plan ... however he changed me to 2 GB instead of 4GB & he told me my plan would be $5-10 less a month except for the 1st month which I agreed to... got my second bill - $40.00 more a month... I have been by the office a couple times with "Out to lunch" sign on the door... and when call several times a week I get a voicemail message and never recieve a call back .. the door & website says " Open until 7:00pm" I called again tonight & spoke to Meagan who informed me I needed to call back & speak to the person who sold me the phone she was not the responsible party... are you freakin kidding me ..Shame on you Russell Cellular for not training your people to take responsibility & helping your customers! Will Never go through you again!! What a poor experience & I have been Verizion Strong for years- I will share with them as well!!
