  The gentleman who is working currently has no idea how to do his job. He continued to send customers to phone help lines for them to solve their issues themselves. If we had any luck with the phone help lines, we wouldn't have had to come into the store and wait 45 minutes just to be told to go back to the phone to help lines. He seemed as if he did not want to help anyone, or had the ability to. As a manager, I would not want such lack of motivation working for me.

  The "manager" Sarah was unhelpful and rude... and I'm a well paying business client. Decided to go down the street to the AT&T store in the mall and had a great experience. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE JOKERS ON GRAND!
