  Very judgemental. Just because I was not well dressed that day doesn't mean I can't afford them. No greetings when saw them. Not very informative. When asked if I had a budget, I replied no. His question, without even a quote was if I would be able to afford it. I said by no means I had any knowledge about technology but to give me a quote. He stated that I would get a quote that night or next morning. Still waiting. Very unprofessional. Would never deal with them.

  . Wouldn't help me find anything in my budget. I was only looking to spend $500 for a receiver 4 ohm stable they said it didn't exist and I didn't need one anyways (my Polk surround website specifically notes that is what's best). Salesman was extremely rude and became very irritated when I said I still wanted one. Ended up buying a Denon from Best buy. Their knowledge, expertise, and helpful sales were non existent. Instead of helping me find what I wanted he tried to act like he was the smartest thing alive. It was pathetic at best.
