- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆February 10, 2019, by Gary WengerYearly maintenance, plus vacuum wouldn't start (faulty switch?). Three weeks to get parts and repair. Looks nice but it still won't start. Don't believe they ever serviced the vacuum, only took care of replacing worn parts. Highly doubt that unit was even checked by them operational wise.
