  While my hardwood floors are fabulous I have had no communication on the timeline on the install. I was told workers would be here at 8:30 they showed up at 8 and at 7:30 They left sawdust all over my garage, they left my carpet "folded' under and staples stuck in foam all over my house so I stepped on one and cut my foot. My tile wasn't in I wasn't told until the delivery of the product. I was told the transition pieces would be put in on Friday then told no they had to be ordered and without my job completed I was left a COD bill. Grout on my tile not done, transition pieces not placed job not done but I have a bill asking to be paid. Product great, salesman very personal but the install process lacks communication and lacks clean up. I would not recommend them furthermore suspect the product was priced about 1 dollar per square higher than any one else. Do your homework.
