- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆May 24, 2019, by Susan Helms18 year old updated appraisal of a John Atencio Designer Ring appraised by Manoli's for the exact same amount as from a 2000 prior appraisal, seems questionable and a "safe" attempt, at best. Retired friends dropped in to visit while I waited for batteries to be replaced in several watches and was totally ignored until the owners decided which partner was going to stop the conversation and write up my $300 bill. Apparently, repeat customers are of no importance!
