- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆March 27, 2020, by Seth ConyersThe staff are great but the store is understaffed. Today (Saturday) I went in and shopped for a while, had a huge armload of clothes I wanted to purchase. Went to three different registers in the women's department, one in handbags and one in mens. No staff to be seen. Did not feel like searching for register number six so I put all the clothes back and left. Have heard the stories about Macy's losing money and closing stores. Part of the problem is there is no one to take my money when I want to purchase?
