  We came here as our first stop looking for a new mattress. Brian Finley took about 45 minutes of time explaining thoroughly what goes into choosing a mattress and explaining about Joplimo's business and how their mattresses are made here in Springfield. He let us try all different types of mattresses. He wasn't upset when we said we wanted to shop around, in fact, he encouraged it. We returned two days later and bought an R5 live bed. The only downside to the whole experience was that Joplimo failed to communicate with us that there should have been an extra charge for the moving company to install the headboard. Mike from the moving company was fantastic and worked very hard to get my mattress to me on time even though I had a tight schedule and his own truck was in the shop. He was great talking to my kids and even gracious with me when I was short with him. I would encourage you to at least come to Joplimo and see what they have to offer. I will update this review after I see how good my back feels after a month. Although Joplimo offers "free" comfort adjustment on their beds (excluding $140 for the moving company to pickup and return the bed).
