  Went in store last night ready to buy a washer. We greeted workers at the front (note we greeted, not were greeted by) with a hello and smile and they turned away quickly without saying anything. On our way to the washer, we were pushed out of the way by a worker pushing a cart very close to us while he was talking on a cell phone. He did not say anything to us. When we reached the appliances, we looked around for a worker to help us make our purchase. We finally found two sitting in the cabinet design area next to the appliances both on their personal cell phones. We finally said excuse me, we are wanting to buy a washer and one did jump up to help us. We showed him which washer we wanted, and he started the process. Now, despite the washer being shown as available on the website, being advertised at a sale price, and being displayed in the showroom, he could not find the washer in their system to order for us. He called a manager over to see what the issue was. They determined that the washer was out of stock and not being made anymore and they were unable to order one for us. (We know this to not be true because we just ordered the matching dryer from a different store that we had gift cards to and they had plenty in stock and have had no problems delivering the same models to many other customers) While we were still asking questions about what our options were, the manager slowly walked away, leaving just the employee to tell us we are out of luck. We were very disappointed in the customer service this visit from the moment we walked in. Other times the service has been adequate, but that is spotty at best.
