  From the first phone call I made to inquire about ADT and the services I would have.... EVERYONE was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!! My intentions were to call a couple of places to get what I thought would be the BEST deal. But, after speaking with ADT... I never made another phone call. I didn't think the service could (or would) get any better...but, then, Eric (the technician that put our system in) came to our home.....and, well, I can't say enough about him!! He was just GREAT...from putting the system in...to answering ALL my questions (and sometimes answering them over again :) THANK YOU all so much...my family feels safe...and, I will definitely recommend ADT to everyone!!
