    I came to the B+B store on Campbell with my laptop. It had stopped charging, and I had ordered a battery to pick up at the store. But the more I thought about it, I wondered if the battery was fine, and the charger was dying. Ethan at the store was willing to open up the charger (yes, they had one at the store!) and test it with my laptop, and then return and refund the battery I'd ordered right then and there. At nearly closing time, 3 days before Christmas, it was the best service I could have asked for!

    I came and had my screen repaired before this I had no issues with my phone what so ever. One day I was in class and my phone had popped and came back to the teacher telling me that it had happend. When I check my phone i took it off the charger and noticed that my screen was no longer working and started to fade as I picked it up, I brought the phone back in and had talk to an employee about the warranty, he had assured me that he was going to put a new screen on the device he had also told me "I will go ahead and replace the screen, if I get in trouble oh well I get in trouble" I had came back at 11:30AM as he told me that when it would be done and when I arrived and came in to get my phone another employee had helped me and told me that he couldn't warranty it and that the teacher was probably lying about the situation with the phone. When I had told him that the other employee had assured me he was going to put a new screen on at no cost and he said well we cant do that and when we asked the first employee that had helped us he said it was his instinct that he could. The employee that told me he couldn't replace it had told me was going to call his boss. When he couldn't reach his boss we still had to pay $80 for the screen. Very disappointed in this place used to highly recommend now I DO NOT RECOMMEND getting your screen repaired here. Customer service was poor! I guarantee that they still wont do anything about this incident.
